At GIK Acoustics, we stand behind the quality of our acoustic treatments and offer a 30-day return window for standard products to ensure your space achieves the perfect sound. Please note that custom-built orders and bespoke acoustic solutions are non-refundable once production has commenced.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repack the items in their original factory packaging to prevent any structural or fabric damage during transit.

• 3.
  Shipping the Product

  Affix the return label and ship the package back to our facility; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse verifies the items are in like-new condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
